Processing and Delivery Time

"Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business." Processing time is under 48 hours. After we receive your order, the delivery time can take anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on where you are located. (Please understand that our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday 7AM to 3PM.) Orders that are placed over the weekends will be processed on Monday or Tuesday. Orders that are placed over the Holidays and special Promotional Events can extend the processing and shipping time.

We are also not responsible for packages that are not picked up in a timely manner. If products have to be sent back to us. Customers will be charged for a delivery fee back to our warehouse and charged for the packages to be resent.
